Abstract. BALB/c mice exhibit greater than 90% H8 clonal dominance in the immune response to phosphorylcholine. However, its effects on the occurrence of allergic rhinitis (AR) are unknown. This study was performed to evaluate the effects of PC‐keyhole limpet hemocyanin (PC‐KLH) and to examine the effects on the occurrence of AR in a murine model.

BALB/c, LM, and TG-nude mice showed a biphasic pattern with peaks at days and that was nearly reciprocal to the PFC curve.
